Returns Policy- Online Purchases
Kingan Jones is committed to customer satisfaction. We adhere to the Consumer Guarantees Act. If you are not completely satisfied with any full price product, please return it to us in the orignial condition, along with proof of purchase within 14 days of delivery.
We will happily exchange full price items, for another size or color of the same style, subject to avaliability.
Refund option is avaliable for full price items only with a proof of purchase.
Refund of purchase price will be by original payment method only
Kingan Jones does not provide exchanges, returns or refunds on any sale items purchased online. Please note that items purchased from our online store cannot be exchanged or returned to any of our Kingan Jones retail stores or wholesalers.
Before returning anything please email us at enquiries@kinganjones.co.nz and let us know items you are returning and why.
We will send you a Return Authorisation Number (RA#). This will be valid for 14 days from when we send it to you.

If you are not completely satisfied with any full price product, please return it to us in the original condition, along with proof of purchase within 7 days of purchase.
We are happy to exchange full price items for another size or colour of the same style, subject to availibility.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind.
Kingan Jones does not provide exchanges, returns or refunds on any sale items purchased in store.
We will provide a replacement, where availiable, or credit note for any goods that are faulty.
Faulty Returns
If a product is faulty, please send it back to us and we will reapir it. If we caqnnot repair the garment, we will replace it, subject to avalibility.
If we cannot replace your purchase we will issue you with a refund of the purchase price.
We will refund shipping costs on garments that have manufacturing faults.
We do not replace garments that have been damaged by wear and tear.
We ask that any faulty garments worn, be returned to us laundered.
Online Exchanges
If you are returning a garment to exchange
either size or colour, it must be unworn and in it's original condition
with tags attached.

Sale Items
We do not refund sale items.

Shipping
We have free shipping for all New Zealand and Australian orders,
Once payment is received, it will take 2-5 working days for your order to reach you (NZ delivery times).
If your order has not reached you within these time frames, please contact us at enquiries@kinganjones.co.nz
We advise that there are no rural deliveries. Deliveries can be couriered to a PO Box or designated address that you feel is secure.
