Payment
Payment is via Mastercard and Visa only and all credit card payments are processed through DPS. This is an electronic payment service that enables businesses to safely and securely accept and process customer payments by credit or charge card via a website or call centre. Orders will not be dispatched until we have received payment in full and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order.

On confirmation of payment a receipt will be sent through to the email address you provided containing your invoice number. Once your purchase has left our store you will receive an email containing its track and trace number.

Availability
We don’t ever hold items due to our small stock supply. The product shall be yours to keep forever and ever once full payment has been received.

Shipping
Our shipping charge is $9 per order. By this we mean if you purchase four garments in one transaction it will be $9. If however you purchase four garments in four different transactions in one day your shipping charge will be $36. This is one of those computer things that we can’t manually go in and fix. So please make sure to combineyour orders.
Once payment is received it will take 2-5 working days for your order to reach you. If your order has not arrived in this time email us at enquiries@kinganjones.co.nz

All orders are track and trace-able.

We don’t ship to rural addresses BUT couriers do deliver to private boxes so if you’re rural and you have a P.O. Box, no problem. If you’re rural and you don’t have a P.O. Box you can get your order sent to a friend or relative. Just make sure that the address that you provide is secure and correct as once the goods are received at that location it is up to you to retrieve them.

Prices
All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. Please note: Promotions available online may differ from, or not be available instore.

Colours
Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, Kingan Jones cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
